Insurance bad faith and insurance coverage law firm in Colorado

ROSENBERG TO SPEAK ON PRE-TRIAL AND TRIAL STRATEGIES
DENVER - Attorney Michael J. Rosenberg, a shareholder at ROBERTS LEVIN ROSENBERG, P.C. (www.rlplaw.com) will give a presentation on pre-trial and trial strategies for handling bad faith insurance claims in Colorado.
Rosenberg's presentation will cover pre-trial and trial strategies for both plaintiffs and defendants including the cultivation of expert testimony, evidentiary concerns, jury instructions and preserving issues for appeal.
The seminar hosted by the National Business Institute (www.nbi-sems.com) will be held on Thursday, December 14, 2006 at the Doubletree Hotel in Denver. Also speaking at the seminar will be Jon F. Sands, of Fisher, Sweetbaum & Levin, P.C., and James D. Johnson, of Johnson & Ayd, P.C. The seminar is for attorneys, claims representatives, claims managers, risk managers and insurance agents.
Rosenberg's practice focuses on insurance coverage, insurance recovery, and bad faith. He was a law clerk for former Colorado Court of Appeals Judge Steven C. Briggs and earned his law degree from the University of Denver, College of Law in 1996. A recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award, Civil Procedure in 1994, Rosenberg graduated in the top 5 percent of his law school class and served as the Articles Editor of the Law Review.
