Insurance bad faith and insurance coverage law firm in Colorado

LEVIN REAPPOINTED TO THE STATE JUDICIAL PERFORMANCE COMMISSION

DENVER - Attorney Bradley Levin, a founding shareholder of the insurance law firm ROBERTS LEVIN & PATTERSON, has been reappointed to the Colorado State Commission on Judicial Performance.

Reappointed by Colorado Senate President, Joan Fitzgerald, Levin will serve the Commission for four more years.

The Commission on Judicial Performance was created in 1988 to provide voters with fair evaluations of judges and justices seeking retention. Additionally, the Commission provides judges with information to help improve their professional skills as judicial officers.

For the past 26 years, Levin's practice has focused on insurance bad faith and insurance coverage disputes as well as tort and commercial litigation. He lectures frequently on insurance coverage and bad faith law. Levin belongs to the Colorado Association of Trial Lawyers and the American Trial Lawyers Association. He also serves on the Colorado Supreme Court Committee on Civil Jury Instructions.
