Marixa Frias

Marixa Frias, an associate in the Denver insurance recovery firm ROBERTS LEVIN ROSENBERG, focuses her practice on insurance recovery, insurance bad faith, commercial litigation, and personal injury.

Ms. Frias earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and her master’s degree in International Studies from the University of Denver Graduate School of International Studies. She is a 2006 graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. While in law school, Ms. Frias served as the Managing Editor for the Denver Journal of International Law & Policy and as a teaching assistant for the legal writing program.

After law school, Ms. Frias served as the appellate law clerk to two Colorado Court of Appeals judges, first, the Honorable Gilbert M. Román, and later, the Honorable David M. Furman. After her clerkships, Ms. Frias worked as an associate at an insurance defense firm where her practice focused on construction defect and medical malpractice litigation.

Ms. Frias is an active member of the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association and serves on its Board of Directors.
